About Tom

Tom Westmoreland is originally from Huntington Beach, California and grew up at Lake Tahoe. At the age of nineteen he served a mission for his church in Indiana after which he attended Utah Valley University. Since that time he has worked in business development, publishing and marketing.

Having been actively involved in politics in Nevada and Utah, Tom has served as a Republican State Delegate, worked on the Utah Public Lands issue, served four years on the Eagle Mountain City Council, and this year as mayor pro tempore.

For twenty years Tom has had a passion for studying American history and the works of the Founding Fathers of this great country. As a result of that study he has written a book on the Constitution. One of his prize possessions is a collection of full size copies of the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution and Bill of Rights that hang prominently in his home. He is also a Life Member of the NRA.

Tom and his wife Rebekah have nine children and three grandchildren. They chose to move to Eagle Mountain in 2008 because they felt it was the best place to raise a family.

WHY TOM IS THE BEST CHOICE FOR MAYOR
